Shipping

  • We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.

  • In case of delays due to logistics partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events, customers will be informed proactively.

Returns & Replacements

Perfumes are personal-use products. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the product is opened or used.

However, replacement requests are accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product Delivered:
    If the bottle arrives leaked, broken, or physically damaged.

  • Wrong Product Received:
    If a different product or variant is delivered than what was ordered.

  • Missing Item in Order:
    If any item is missing from the shipment.

Request Process

  • Customers must share an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

After verification, the product will be replaced or re-shipped at no additional cost.
