We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.
In case of delays due to logistics partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events, customers will be informed proactively.
Returns & Replacements
Perfumes are personal-use products. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the product is opened or used.
However, replacement requests are accepted in the following cases:
Damaged Product Delivered:
If the bottle arrives leaked, broken, or physically damaged.Wrong Product Received:
If a different product or variant is delivered than what was ordered.Missing Item in Order:
If any item is missing from the shipment.
Request Process
Customers must share an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
After verification, the product will be replaced or re-shipped at no additional cost.
